Your first ten migrations are free

Prove the value on real workloads at no cost. Past ten, it's $799 per instance a year on-demand, dropping to $599 when you buy ten at a time and $399 at a hundred. At Fleet and Pro rates that sits well under the VMware renewal you're walking away from.

Per-instance pricing, by how many you buy at once. On-Demand is $799 per instance a year with no minimum — buy exactly what you migrate. Pro is $599, bought 10 at a time. Fleet is $399, bought 100 at a time. Each covers the migration and its signed attestation, and keeps that parity re-verifiable against drift for as long as you hold the instance. An “instance” is one source workload reconstructed and attested to a target; estates beyond Fleet get custom volume pricing (confirmed in a short scoping call).

Cost–benefit — which pack

Buy in bulk, pay less per instance

One price per instance, billed annually — the migration, its signed attestation, and ongoing monitoring together. The bigger the pack, the lower the rate: $200 off per instance at ten, $400 off at a hundred, and the saving repeats every year rather than once. Measured against VMware licensing of roughly $900–1,100 per VM per year, Fleet runs at about 40% of that, Pro about 60%, and even a single On-Demand instance about 80% — and you are also buying the move itself and an audit-grade record of it.

Pack total, per year$799$5,990$39,900 (save $40k a year)

The benchmark it's measured against. A typical dual-socket host runs ~64 cores; VMware Cloud Foundation lists at $350 per core per year, and a host carries ~20–25 VMs — so each VM costs on the order of $900–1,100 a year in VMware licensing alone, and that renewal repeats every year, forever.

Against that, Fleet at $399 per instance a year is roughly 40% of what the same VM was costing in VMware licensing alone, Pro at $599 about 60%, and even a single On-Demand instance at $799 about 80%. Every tier lands below one VMware year, and each one also buys the migration itself, the signed parity attestation and continuous monitoring. The saving grows with the pack, and it repeats annually.

Per-core figures: VCF $350 / VVF $135 (Broadcom list, 16-core/CPU minimum). Your effective number depends on edition, core count, and consolidation. Estates beyond 100 get custom volume pricing.
